flickering

flickering

A Poem by william andrews

Is it not

the flickering shadows

of your thoughts

that walk in the footsteps

of your intent

when your thinking

becomes aware

that your reasoning

is no longer there

when you look

apoun a reflection

of a face

that has been abandon

to a fear

that slowly drips

apoun the growing doubts

that you insist

exist
