Keep on Truckin'

Keep on Truckin'

A Poem by Doreen

Like the tires on
an eighteen wheeler, you're
barreling down the highway
at 80 MPH; empty and full
of air hoping not to deflate
under the massive load of
baggage you're buried under.
You're headed
for destruction.
The end of the road
is coming up fast.
Keep on truckin'.

Nice sentiments. I'm think I'm broke down on the shoulder with no shoulder to cry on. Everything is headed for destruction...the waiting is the hardest part.
