                  Love is thinking in terms of we

                  and not in terms of I nor me

                  and love is thinking in terms of our

                  and knowing the sweetness of souls in flower

                  and love is thinking in terms of us

                  and having a hand to hold and trust

                  and love is thinking in terms of home

                  and breaking bread while not alone

                  and love is thinking in terms of time

                        and caring

                              and sharing

                                   and giving

This is really good. I like the subject of it, as well as the way you pulled it off.
It seems to end incredibly abruptly, though, as if it needs to be continued but hasn't been.

And, 'flower' needs to be corrected to 'flow'r' so that readers will know more easily that it's meant to rhyme with 'our'.
