MALPRACTICE

MALPRACTICE

A Poem by Andrew

Suddenly! The calm is shattered
In comes the protagonist
To the set order of the day
He enters with righteous indignation.

The antagonists, scatter abroad
Villains of character
Bedevilled by their lack of faith
Stronger,the fear of being apprehended.

Passion fuelled by fear
A win at all cost syndrome
Remorse not in the picture
For the villains seek to be heroes.

Oh what a tragedy,
The future hope is grey,
For the antagonist is outnumbered
And the villains look to retain their loot.

But then, the protagonist isn't the judge
Of what occurs in the present,
Sometimes you may have to lose the battle
In order to win the war..
