Alone?
I will never leave you alone.
We are bound together, you and I.
By the blood that runs through us...yes,
But also by the love that runs through us.
You are my youth, my hopes, my dreams,
You are the innocence I lost,
The hope I couldn't keep,
The princess, I never was.
The beauty that all fathers adore,
What I wished for, and more.
I give you...
The joy of hugging,
The pleasure of touch,
The easy forgiveness,
Priceless trust.
Never alone,
Never doubt,
I am here,
Never cry,
Never worry,
Forever years.
There is no hurry,
There will always be...
You and me.
