A bit of land, a lot of sky

At the end

of the day

I take a walk

into the wild

to drink sunset

I take one sip

two sips

I open my chest

letting

the fading light

of the sky

heal my wounds

then

I go back home

to drink tea

and sleep

for eternity.

The overall feeling of this is calming and soothing though the last line gives me pause,"for eternity" but I will take it as it touched me and be happy. Well written.

I liked this a whole lot. Made me appreciate the outdoors more. And what it can do for you in general. Easy the mind, spirit and soul. And give the body a bit of exercise too.
