Dawn

Dawn

A Poem by Jenna
"

NO idea what I was thinking during the time of writing this poem. Again, this is about two years old. It's kind of about waiting for something, but you can certainly take it in another direction.

"

Can you see me standing here

Across the windows of the earth

Upon grasses’ landing here

In the shadows of Dawn’s new birth?

Can you see light shining here

Filling  nothings of the space

Blanketing the figures here

In the realms of Dawn’s new lace?

Can you see water sitting here

Sinking into the depths of shade

Washing grounds’ windows here

On the brink of Dawn’s new raid?

You can see us all here

Across the windows of the earth

In galaxy’s passing here

The time has come for Dawn’s new birth.
