Inside My Brain

Inside My Brain

A Poem by Ren

Inside my brain

I am curled up into a ball

With storms falling out of my eyes

Bellowing for no reason other than feeling this way

What way?

I couldn’t tell you

For all I know the way could be left or right

Although what sense would that make

That I’m torn up over the direction I want to go

Or rather not, now that my brain has fixated me in this spot

Normally the thought of food excites me

But now I know that it won’t go down

I like looking in mirrors to remind me of who I am

But the last person I want to see right now is myself

So I’ll stay here in my brain

Curled up to myself

Confiding all of my deepest feelings to the person who has broken my trust the most

Myself

About
I'm an emotional person, and writing is one of my favorite ways to get my emotions out there. I like writing poem, music, and occasionally short stories. I'm also really bad at the "about me" sections.. more..
