Come Forth

This time the damsel must save the knight

This time the girl must set things aright

I’ve been sinking and drinking

Lord knows I tried to be okay

Gave up a life of consistency

Embraced the dark and debauchery

Please find me in the murky waters where I swim

I need guidance and affection or else I won’t win

Aggressive behavior could be my savior, but it’s rare to be in your nature

The loneliness is slowly killing me

 I need shade from the hostility
