Love poem

We all shed
Our share of tears -
I know I have
And many of them
We're shed over you -
For you

Knowing you as I do
For as long
I am aware of
All this world has
Put you through
Just so you could have
A so - called life

And, I think
That I am certain,
Of anyone can be certain
About anything,
That of all the people I've known
Of all the women I've loved
You were the one
Who deserved to shed
Less tears
