Then my best are about the times I spent with you
The woman I share
A birthday month with

The stars
In your eyes
The sun
Behind you

And - I remember the day
Before I left New York
For Virginia and grad school
When we were alone in my house -
How I wanted to kiss you
If only to taste
Paradise for a moment

If I could travel back in time
It would be to that moment
To see what might have happened
To see if dreams come true
