OneA Poem by Child0fBalanceAnother forced poem, but this one I'm pretty happy with. I think it's pretty accurate as to the state of my mind at the moment. The cold, dark abyss of my mind, so silent it’s deafening. The voice of half-empty evicted by dissociation. The screaming, searing ache of this body- devoid of contact, the forsaken nerves silenced by desolation. Half-full is the ideal illusion. Touch, that dreadful memory only hope can fictitiously promise. Solitude the reality and only certainty. © 2010 Child0fBalance |
