Nicole was still shaking as she got in the car. "It's ok, it's over," said her mom. She gave a weak smile which was not returned. They drove past the protesters, away from the clinic. She would never, ever admit it, but she had named him Tyler, after his father. Goodbye, Tyler. Forgive me, Tyler.

Ah. I have finally come to understand it. Very vague, yet you get the point across somehow. Made me think for a while, but not for very long at all.
