Neurotic Breakdown

Neurotic Breakdown

A Poem by Satellite Heart

Over Bearing Psyco Paths
Twitching eyes adn evil laughs

Straight Jackets and cushioned walls
It's too bad they trimmed her demon claws

You tried to help, she pushed away
And you had nothing left you could say

When she was done with you, She had no doubt
She didn't shed a tear when your heart spilled out

I was watching from the door
and Perrinial tears began to pour

When her cold corpse hit the ground
I felt your heart and didn't hear a sound

Thats when I had my first and last,  Neurotic Breakdown

-- I loved those lines. It's kind of frustrating when you want to help out but then they keep pushing you away making you feel useless. It's like the saying, "I'll always be there for you" You're there, but not really because you can't seem to do anything more if they keep pushing you away. And finally it's too late for you to help.

Great piece!

Very nice, I love how twisted it is. It made me smirk a little towards the end, although the reason why is unclear to me...
