this is often the feeling of some who cannot remain friends after a romantic relationship ends...

i have had more that have actually ended as friends than most i guess..even went to a couple of their weddings...

but generally i am a person who feels more comfortable with women friends...and many people can't see that that is possible..they think men and women are either lovers or nothing.

You are fortunate to still count some of those people as friends. In my case, the guys are only "friends" when they feel like it, so I get the clue and bow out. They're no friends of mine.

To me Diana each line carries its own anger, but I suppose sad can work to...both emotions are so very close to one another and often one leads to the other.
