Life Is A Rat Race.

A Poem by Diana

The truth is:
Life is a rat race
And you're a rat.

What did you expect?

Will every rat will get the cheese, who is the provider, if Almighty yes of course, if humans it depends, how big is the cheese any how, even if cheese is big, will every rat will get a piece, some rat may die on the race itself, as race can deplete their energy and rushing and overcrowding may even kill them, this can be related to food scarcity humans facing now, so we need to preserve the resources so that each one may get their share, what about world hunger, the real issue, so do not waste food, thought provoking poem

I expect a winner in any race. Very race from Horse track to Rat, has a winner and a lucky man with the right bet.

Simple, honest, and impacting. My type of poetry. Great job! :)

Thanks again, Shaquana.
If you're lucky, you're a rat that gets the cheese - but a rat is still a rat...

I expected less hurt. More food left over from experimental dinners. A good plague to banter about.
Warm places to hide. Sewers unchoked by pcb's and toxins. Uncluttered atticks to invade.
Less lab. experimentation. More cruise ships to invade. More pants legs to run up. More lovable
cartoon characters.........Now stop me if I'm expecting too much, lol
