I tried this to avoid a bad break up and it didn't work, I suffered 5 years thinking the more work I do the better my days will become, It was at the end of everyday id go home in tears before my eyes. The amazing thing within all those years of worked and turning to drugs and alcohol I began to find myself. That was the real work of life:) Sometimes people ask me would I do it all over again? Yeah I would:) The book of life never changes begin to end. I know every one is different, true we have to keep moving.

Yes, eventually the work ends and we must face ourselves. Good point.

Yes, indeed, therapy as varied as those who seek it. Thank you, Sami.
Most people do not understand this but work is my sanctuary. It is my diversion from everything (well mostly) that is troubling me. Busy, busy busy sure does help. Very nicely done my friend.

sometimes work is the best therapy...instead of feeling like we don't want to work because we are too upset about something, maybe a relationship breaking up or such, it may be better to lose ourselves in our work...and it could help us recover.
