Why Do You Hide?

A Poem by Diana

Why do you hide?
Inside inside.

You hide your truth among the lies.
Oh, why do you hide?

Thank you.
Lies become transparent after a while. No one can hide behind them forever. However, I think those who attempt to do so are afraid of the truth. You say a lot in few words...which is a talent. lydi**

Thanks again, Lydi!
You can only hide behind a lie for so long before you have to face the truth. Nicely penned Diana.

Thank you, Jack.
yes, why do people hide behind lies?

don't understand it...the truth really does set us free...and will set us free to love with a clear conscience...and to be loved back and trusted.

Thank you, Jacob. Nice to have you stop by.
Lies are hidden behind masks like the truth of our feelings . With that one question you are asking him to uncover the truth of his feelings towards you and not hide behind things for you care about a straightforward relationship ...Bravo
