another kind of loveA Poem by dovetailerwe love as we are conditioned to loveanother
kind of love he loved you double fisted he grabbed your heart and twisted more pain when you resisted and pain became your life good when he wasn't drinking your brilliant star was sinking... you stayed...what were you thinking? love is the strangest thing each time you loved he used you he pimped you and abused you thus, broke your heart and bruised you the only love
you knew he gave the wrong impression with each destructive session that love came with aggression he couldn't be more wrong you put up strong defenses and kept erecting fences retreated with your senses and dreamed your life away you had lovers... over-matched them you fucked them hard and scratched them when finished, you dispatched them but none of them were me my heart was steeped in kindness I've no second sight or blindness my eyes see all your fineness and I want what I see I want you over-sated cynicism's overrated my love is understated but all I have is yours yes...you can lie beside me or hold my heart inside me or ride me hard astride me that is the love I know with feline tongue come smooth me your written love so soothes me your hungry eyes burn through me I burn for you inside put ruby lips upon me unzip my skin and don me with jade eyes glazed slide on me and we will melded be please take my love and use it my life yours... don't abuse it you hold my heart... don't bruise it and I will do the same so back to back... defend me to celestial places send me around you pinkie bend me O, lover-queen of mine just love me all I need...so your heart won't have to bleed so my love can set you free... so together we can be © 2010 dovetailer |
