deadly beauty

deadly beauty

A Poem by dovetailer
"

the title speaks for itself

"

deadly beauty

desert sand

wave after wave of deadly beauty

as far as the eye can see

desiccating heat pilfers

...drop by drop

...life’s essence

overwhelmed by

...searing heat

...blazing sun

...burning sand

we are lost

we would cry our protest

to the siroccos

...if we had tears

this is a different flavor of spinerette for you~ I like it's restrained presentation~ the hook of descriptives are very well dug into the framework of the poetic~

as for desert primal ~ I adore the secret language of her dunes she keeps under the guise of barren surface~
