To be... Or not to be.

To be... Or not to be.

A Poem by Paige L. Brooks (Call me Andy)
"

Another journal entry I wrote. Enjoy.

"

To be... or not to be.

Words that should be written in red,

As you lay me in a sterling silver coffin,

And send me down a lake of gold,

At the first light of dawn.

To be... or not to be.

Words that seem to go on forever,

That seem to stop everywhere,

Cut into you like a thorn on a rose.

To be... or not to be.

Sounds of sweet sympathy,

Sounds of a death march,

Amixture of emotions.

To be... or not to be.

The words in a poem,

The words in a story,

In a song,

Or even a prayer.

To be... or not to be.

Words that should be written in red,

As you send me down a lake of gold,

At the first light of dawn.

"To be... or not to be."
