A poem to uplift the spirit of strong women. I wrote this in honor of a friend, and another who I used to have feelings for.

Her mind is beautiful

Her heart is pure

Her past may be broken

Yet her soul endures

 

Her trials, unwarranted

Her fears, innumerable

Her dreams, unattainable

Yet she smiles through them all

 

Her laugh is enchanting

Her joy is contagious

Her body may be frail

Yet her determination is unabated

 

She is but one of many

But her worth is more;

For all she has wept

Made her stronger than before
