Insanity Kicks In

insanity and detention go hand in hand

 

Insanity sets in after two hours

Sitting in a white room,

Blue chairs,

Fake wood table.

 

Insanity sets in

When there are blue skies outside

And yet your stick here wanting out.

 

Insanity sets in

when you swear someone stopped the clock for an hour.

 

Insanity sets in

After only a few minutes inside a high school

Two weeks into summer.

i dont really like the "kicks in" have any ideas? so what do people think? good bad? i will take anything here :) i just want to know.

maybe you can use "sets in" just a thought. very good, although insanity usually sets in for me in the middle of the year. highschools are scary. they call them educational facilities but there really just prisons for kids to keep them from thinking too much. at least that's what i think. I CAN'T CONCENTRATE IN SCHOOL, THERE BRAINWASHING US MAN, GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!!! LOL

Other then that I love this poem, very good. Insanity is only a lesser light, something easier on the mind then an enforcing light.
