"

I used other words...I slaughtered the slew. A gift for __________.

"

Time has blind hands, the face of a clock without eyes.
It is without color: It is without lies.
Time holds for none, and keeps us all tick tock ticking
spinning the moon, and lighting the sun
reminding us - time is still clicking -

forward

It is without sensation, has no skin, no blood.
It is without truth : It is without noise
Time has a rhythm, and keeps us all clip clop clopping
moving the clouds, blooming the trees
telling us - time is knocking -

forward

I liked the poem even if you had reservations. I thought you did a great job with the rhyming. Keep up the style.

About
Some days, I begin writing and a poem makes itself known, as if it wrote itself somewhere in the back of my mind and waited for the right time to make it's debut. Other days, I have to work at it, and.. more..
