The 'Like' Poem

A High school inspired love poem that's not exactly about Love. Happy Valentine's Day!

  Dear Candy,

  You are annoying and constantly in everyone else's business

But you make an adorable face whenever you find out something new

No matter where I go I always manage to see you just around the corner

It's kind of creepy but saying seeing you each day at school bothers me wouldn't be true

I still can't figure out what exactly I find so special about you

  I can't lie that when your near my day gets just a little bit better

Your smile makes me smile too but don't flatter yourself too much

Always helping others you are, I don't know why, but I like the way you always care 

You look a little cute when you're not talking; but if anyone asks, that's not what I said

I think I've liked you ever since we first met, but show your friends this and you're dead
