Tabula Rasa Rising
Remind me later Of happy things that happened, I forget too soon.
A haze of today, Blurred by tomorrow's promise Resides in my eyes
These words are moonlight Captured in a mirror glance, Lacking foundation.
These words are bedrock, Braced deep in stratified bones Boosting from below.
Fractured as thinking, A look, a sigh, a gesture Changes everything.
A new beginning, Old as the last beginning, Edges to an end.
Another day turns, Bubbling with potential To walk a new path.
Around each corner A moment of bliss awaits If you dare to look.
