WildA Poem by nicoleyoley781Short rhyme about nature.Dear woman how you frighten me so, Yet also never cease to amaze. In your midst glorious, sanguine roses grow, And bright ferns create an arduous maze. Beautiful creature, words cannot express, How much I admire the alluring call of the woods That you so carefully crafted, For which you endured so much stress. Then the deadly ice in winter, claiming all it touches. Building up into lethal peaks. Mountains climb ever higher until the reach The top of the sky, looking ever so bleak. “Mother Nature” they call you. And what a fitting name, For something so powerful, So incapable of being tamed. © 2017 nicoleyoley781Author's Note
