Sick and Tired

Sick and Tired

A Poem by donny ingraham

 So sick and tired

so tired of barely getting by

bills come in waves

wages don"t carry through the week

Hard times are knoking me off my feet

it is getting harder to stand

prayers are my health insurance

Swallowing this suffering with a stiff drink

so sick and tired

struggling for so long

hoping for the light of day

but darkness continues to find me

My cupboards grow bare

so does my faith

change have yet to come
