Solitarium

Solitarium

A Poem by Dr. Jack

I Feel apart
Alone
I hear words
but not meaning
I can repeat
But won't understand
Content without meaning
I can speak without feeling
I look without seeing
I'm cut but not bleeding
Out of touch with existence
Loneliness is persistent
The solace is my drive
Away from the crowd I thrive
I crave the quiet moments
The security of my privacy
The place I cannot be depraved
Where I love to be alone
In my kingdom on my throne

well, i would firstly want to say no modifications are needed in this poem. It is as as good as it gets. But have you ever heard that solitude is a path to suicide.
