Today is a day

 I hold very dear

 It is not Christmas 

But comes once a year

 An Angel was born

 On this very day 

You feel close to me 

Even far away 

Though we are apart

 On this special day 

My heart is with you

 And there it will stay

 I bid you wishes 

Of health and of love 

On this hallowed day 

You came from above!
