Life in my headA Poem by Dan Means
My thoughts race to the front of my head like angry people shouting and pushing through the crowd
Everything on top of everything since the first spark of light Everything on top of everything since the dawn of things My mind is cluttered and I need boxes Boxes for the things that shouldn't be out of their boxes Things brought by the ireful I feel the tingle in my arms down to the tips of my fingers I can't hear the crowd anymore The angry mob is still shouting but I can't hear them or see them through the smoke. © 2014 Dan Means |
