Be a Good Boy, Step on the wheel.A Poem by D. Mansfield
Be a Good Boy, Step on the wheel.
Now its spinning andspinning, faster still Trying to keep, from falling down, By the end of the day, your on the ground. Fooled into thinking, it was an amusement ride, They ran for mother's skirt, and tried to hide. Step right up watch this fool Run in circles all day, Just for some fuel. How is it possible after all these years, To be uncertain, to not have it clear? Lifes twists and turns got ever sharper, Your mind is clear, but the darkness is darker. As the light of hope , starts floating by, The darkness will lift, As we look to the sky. © 2024 D. MansfieldReviews
