Influence me

Influence me

A Poem by D. Mansfield

Don't think that about me,
I don't think that about you,
Just because they say it,
doesn't make it true!

People don't understand influence anymore,
They'd rather watch wrestling, on pillows on the floor,
Others agendas, are all in play.
Everyone wants you to think like they.

Listen to your heart, not the news,
Stay away from people, with too strong a views.
Then we can be. Just you and me.
Live our lives, in harmony.
