Wise Enough To Know

Wise Enough To Know

A Poem by D. Mansfield

The days we shared brought happiness,
They were beautiful while they last.
When they end, it's a new beginning,
I will not live in the past.

Seize the moments, gather the time,
For they are too few, and too fast.
And when you make your next connection
Be true to it, and it will last

You emphasize the importance of living in the now in your stanzas. Our time on this plane is short in the overall picture, so it is pointless focusing too much on regrets. Better to focus on the happiness as we travel through rather than dwell on the negatives. I enjoyed reading you. It’s been a while. Have a great day.

It may have been difficult, but you achieved, so well worth the effort:)
