The knife is on my skin it doesnt feel right. Thats when she walks in.

Now shes on her knee begging me please "Put down the knife and come to me. Ill hold you tight till you fall sleep tonight."

I drop down on my knees and say "all I ever wanted was for you to hold me, tell me everything will be all right and hold me through the night."

Thats my story sad but true all I wanted is to be with you. 

So we can hold eachother tight every night, we could live our lives and never be sad again
