The stars shining so bright,

bringing all to the light,

Held captive of the beauty in the night,

unable to take this marvelous sight,

causes you to yell at the moonlight,

cursing all for your plight.

searching for your love this night,

unable to see the beauty of the light,

unable to feel the love tonight.

 

You search high and low,

wondering where your love was to go,

as she danced in the silvery light,

Hypnotized by the moonlight,

under the stars of the night,

making love in the moon light,

Stars shining in the sky,

like diamonds in the black of the night,

makes everything feel so right,

to dance in the moonlight.
