Tears Flow Down

Tears Flow Down

A Poem by Donald
"

Did you ever lose someone important in your life. Was it the love of your life or a family member. Do you remember how you felt one it happened.

"
Sad eyes cry,
and tears flow down,
from my eyes,
and I do not know why.

For there is sadness in my soul,
and I do not know where to go,
to hide this sadness,
that lives inside.

For I cry and cry,
and I cannot lie,
for the reason why,
lies deep inside.

Perhaps from a broken heart,
of some love I knew from the start,
and now that they must part,
taking a piece of my broken heart.

Perhaps one of my precious family,
passed away before my eyes,
and now all I can do is sigh,
for they only live in my mind.

Regardless of the reason,
my sadness lasts the season,
and then I move on,
for there is always another dawn.

The sadness may linger,
but the tears will eventually end,
and I pass the time with a friend,
dedicated to help me contend.

Never ending,
this time again,
for sorrow,
will always be my friend.

Rise up again,
to another day,
and shout hey,
what is coming this way.

A new love,
another friend,
another person to be there,
until the end.

For life is change,
and never the same,
tears will rain,
once again someday.

Powerful, emotional and too honest but comforting. Well done!
