The Society of Pain

Just think about life today. Nothing is cut and dried like it used to be, but it need to change and we are the ones in charge.

Throughout life,

you encounter the pain,

of survival,

and source of society.

 

For you live in an uncaring world,

with indifference,

being the theme of the day,

no matter where you go.

 

Society always tries,

to keep you in your place,

and under their thumb,

out of the way.

 

For them,

pain is a way of life,

it is something to endure,

and something to accept.

 

Yet it does not have to be,

for pain is not a natural state,

of life in this world,

but of the oppressors.

 

To be free,

you must break the chains,

of oppression,

and set yourself free.

 

You must show,

that a society of pain,

does not have a place,

in the modern world.

 

No one has to be a slave,

to their will,

but be willing,

to shout no more pain.

 

You are not a creature,

who is blinded by belief,

in a system,

that no longer works.

 

For we are human beings,

to be recognized as such,

and to allowed,

to determine their own fate.

 

Never again,

shall we be slaves,

to the cruelty of society,

and stand up for what we believe.

 

Stand up and shout,

that we are all free,

and life can be better,

and pain is not allowed.
