Beyond the Moment

When you fall in love, do you live for the moment or are you willing to go beyond the moment and truly learn how to live.

Do you live beyond the moment,

to experience love beyond time itself,

and to look into what could be,

or what should be.

 

That is the nature of love,

you have to go farther,

and be greater,

than you have actually been.

 

To be larger than,

what you have ever been,

in a past life,

and in a past love.

 

For love is an endless cycle,

something to be embraced,

something to be enjoyed,

as if it were the first time.

 

You need to prove yourself,

every time you meet,

like it is the first time again,

and with each time with more passion than the last.

 

For what is love,

if not passion,

for without passion,

how can you express the love in your heart?

 

But love is beyond all things,

in this life or the next,

to be complete,

and to be blessed.

 

True love does not end,

with ending of one life,

or in a number of lives,

for love is bliss.

 

Love is fulfillment,

all matters of the flesh,

of the heart,

and of the spirit.

 

Love is a gift,

from God himself,

to be lived,

over and over again.

 

Love is the ultimate solution,

to all life’s mysteries,

to the fate of man,

and the secret in a woman’s heart.

Your words have philosophical foundation that provokes readers to pause and ponder on the beauty of your words and on the truth they signify. I'm glad to have discovered the romantic in you.

However, you might consider changing the typo in the description. It should be "do you live" and not "to you live". Also, it's appropriate to punctuate the sixth stanza with a question mark.

Other than those minor errors, I think your poem is excellent! This is your best work that I've read so far and this is definitely going to be shelved in my library. Keep it up!
