Simple Gesture

Wouldn't consider love a simple gesture. It is present all around us and is not hard to find.

Love is a simple gesture.

It guides as to those we love and defines us as a person.

It lifts us up to the sky and brings light to a dark world.

Everyone is capable of love and a myriad on other emotions,

but love by far is the simplest.

The love of another is the greatest of gifts that God has given us.

It allows us to express our true feelings to another and with our union,

produce another life.

That is a great gift indeed.

We should never question who or when we fall in love,

but how far we are willing to travel.

Some only travel a few feet to find it,

while others travel to the ends of the Earth to find theirs.

That is a beautiful gift indeed.

Yet love is not confined to just people,

it can be of animals,

of places and unfortunately of objects, or wealth.

The last two are not worthy of love,

but some love them as much as flesh and blood beings.

They will give up everything or everyone to possess them.

These ones can be saved if someone can show them the true meaning of love and the power it possesses.

For love can heal a damaged soul as well as enlighten it.

Love is powerful if it envelopes all of  your being.

You can conquer the mighty and restore order to chaos.

All for the sake of love.

One should never turn away from love,

regardless of where is comes from of who it comes from,

but embrace with everyone ounce of your soul.

For love is pure joy from heaven itself.
