Cell Phone Blues

Cell Phone Blues

A Poem by Donald
"

I am trying something lighter this time. Hopefully you will like it about cell phone and flat tires. I am sure some one had problems like this.

"
I ain’t  got a signal,
My tire is flat.
So is the spare.
What do I do.
I got the cell phone blues.
I walk to the next town.
I can’t find a phone to call home.
So I walk some more.
There is dog growling at the door.
 So turn and run away.
What do I do.
I got the cell phone blues.
Finally I got a bar on my cell phone.
I call my sweety to bring me home.
But some man answers and tell me to leave her alone.
Then I call my brother and tell him my plight.
He tell me everything’s going be alright.
Then call me back and tell me his tire is flat.
I got the cell phone blues.
Then I get a call from my sweety,
She tell me everything is alright.
The idiot was her brother.
And she is on her way.
To save my day.
I yell hurray.
This make my day.
I am free from the cell phone blues.
Soon my sweety arrives with her brother.
Carrying a spare.
He changes my tire.
So I can leave from there.
The brother finishes and leave right away.
My sweety rides with me back to our place.
I climb into bed.
My sweety is there,
right in my face.
We make love all over the place.
Thank God I don’t have the cell phone blues
