Summer/Fall Lovers

What if two people met on-line. One of them was more mature and seasoned and the other young and alive. How would they react to each other. What would people think of this odd couple.

They met online,

with faces unknown.

Two people that were alone.

The first was in the fall of his life and the she was just in her summer.

For a time they texted and e-mailed each other back and forth.

Getting to know each other more and more.

The attraction grew between the mismatched part.

For he was more reflective on his past,

she was concerned about her future.

She had everything a person would want.

A great job,

a chance to travel around the world and a comfortable life.

He had virtually nothing,

Little money,

hardly any life and a passion for writing.

But still the romance grew and the emotion grew stronger still.

Feeling of love started to grow inside and the passion began to rise.

Every chance he got,

he would send her a poem to reveal his true feelings and they grew.

Feelings of attraction soon changed to love,

the time apart grew harder and harder for them to bear.

The day would come that soon they would have to meet.

The summer lovers and fall  would soon see.

Age met no difference to the true lovers,

soon they would meet to express their hearts’ desire in joyous bliss.

As the story unfolds it continues on for who knows the two lovers.

but their very own.

Now they were never alone.

I was half expecting a sad ending to this, so a nice surprise to find they remained just as in love with the true people they were inside. Your writing flows well and easy to read [font could be a little larger, i use size 12] apart from this it as a beautiful story of love which has been nicely penned.
