Willie Turner

Willie Turner

A Poem by Debbie Barry
"

A scrap of new nursery rhyme that drifted into my head in the night.

"

Willie Turner

Willie Turner’s grown to a man,

He is a dashing fellow;

His pantaloons are sky blue wool,

And frock coat all of yellow.

Initial reactions and constructive criticism welcome. This is meant to resemble a traditional nursery rhyme.
