Johnny Jacobs

Johnny Jacobs

A Poem by Debbie Barry
"

A new scrap of nursery rhyme that drifted into my head in the night.

"

Johnny Jacobs

Johnny Jacobs had a fine horse,

And then he bought another.

He got himself a dapple foal,

And sold it to his brother.

Initial reactions and constructive criticism welcome. This is supposed to resemble a traditional nursery rhyme.
