The Rookie Tournament

The tournament starts with a random fight with a random winner. Ryu than goes up and fights a joker and wins with some cratches. Leo than does his fight and esaily wins. Then the next round comes and

The tournament starts with a random fight with a random winner. Ryu than goes up and fights a joker and wins with some catches. Leo than does his fight and easily wins. Then the next round comes and they win again. They then come to the semi-finals and Ryu fights a hopping guy. The hopping guy plays around with Ryu. Ryu than gets angry and wins but not with difficulty. 

Leo than goes up against a white haired kid around him and Ryu's age. The guy has an interesting match with Leo. He than sprouts out some energy and somehow gets stronger. He starts to overwhelm Leo and takes the win. Ryu is interested in facing the kid. The finals roll around and Ryu goes up against the white haired kid. 

Ryu starts out with an even fight but it seems the kid is really trying. Ryu gets a good slash at him with his sword and hurts him. The kid gets angered and starts beating Ryu. Ryu doesn't give up and fights back but is clearly getting tired. The kid is obviously ahead of Ryu in terms of speed, strength, and intelligence. But Ryu still doesn't give up.

The white haired kid just sprouts out the same energy he did against Leo. He hits Ryu once and Ryu takes big damage. He then continues to beat Ryu into a pulp. Ryu than stands up and surprises everyone in the crowd. He points his sword at Zolt and 3 dots come around him. Zolt doesn't understand what is going on. 

Black energy than comes from the ground and slowly covers Zolt, just like a roots or a plant. When Zolt is covered he starts to get squeezed. Ryu suddenly falls down and the black energy dissapears. Zolt used all his energy just to restrain himself from being squeezed to death. Zolt is extremely surprised in Ryu's strength. The announcer than announces Zolt as the winner.

After the tournament, Ryu wakes up and sees Zolt. Zolt compliments Ryu in his strength. Ryu is confused and says he barley hurt Zolt. Ryu then immediately asks Zolt to join him on his quest to become a Chen master. Zolt is extremely surprised and tells Ryu how strong you have to be to become a Chen master. Ryu understands but still says he will become one.

Zolt then denies Ryu and says he will not join him. Ryu continues to beg but Zolt still refuses. Ryu then meets a guy named Boran and is impressed on how good Ryu did in the tournament, Leo and Zolt too. Boran says that he can teach Ryu to even get stronger and that he heard how Ryu wants to be a Chen master. Ryu excepts and runs to Leo. He tells the good new to Ryu. But Ryu says he has already found a master and is leaving for a while. He says bye to Ryu and leaves.

Ryu goes back to Boran and says that he will be the only one coming. Just when they are about to leave Zolt comes up and says he is coming too.  Ryu gets is happier and the 3 leave the tournament building to start their training.
