Final verse

Final verse

A Poem by Gerhardus Retief

In this final verse I cannot bring out an ending.
Its about you forever a golden globe.
My stemless box which I cannot wait to open everyday.
So nice to handle texture shaped words marvel you to be held.

There are no instructions that came along you could read me to sleep.
In fact the music plays a melody whenever the golden flower blooms in this box.
I just love it when your scent travels the dust to the most poisonous seas.

Just to reach my imagination and that is where the magic comes from.
Some of it is just a trance-less sleep and some of it is anything you bid it to be.
Pure purple eyes cast upon me when the dreams come to take these damaged hands.
There was no dull fear to burn there was no right or wrong because we are colors that belong together.
In this final verse the chapter begins.
