If I could start again...
It would be something like I'm sorry.
Its all that I can say to you.
What will we do when we both fall down?
Who will be left to blame then?
Maybe we shouldn't be blaming each other all the time...
Instead of hurt I would put you first because I am
just wishing that I could start again.
I know I threw it all away to the endless weight of regret
If I could start again...
I would realize that its not about me it was always about you.
No one would understand but you how I always felt.
I cant fix all that I have done this error that I am.
I don't care if you accept me or not just don't leave me without a vulgar memory.
If I could start again...
I would paint you a world of your own that needs nothing but you and me.
Where we don't have to fake our relationship to be perfect.
Just to know we were meant to be and it would never be too late.
But this is only If I could start again.

I think line two would flow better with "I'm sorry" versus "I am sorry."
I also think "immediately" is a bit long and gets in the way of flow as well.

But these are tiny criticisms, and strictly only my opinon.

Good job on this! The repetitive "If I could start again..." kept the flow nice and I could feel the emotion, a very relatable and well written piece all around. :)
