World Coaster

World Coaster

A Poem by Gerhardus Retief

The awful fit in the lock to unlock a world of hurt.
They could care less as long as they fit in the crowd.
Watch them turn against you until no one stands by you.
These people scare the living spirits out of someone.
Were you there the day when everything went black and white?
Making fun of someone when they are defenseless they just never learn a damn thing.
A world coaster of different people will attack right out of sad song in a broken melody.
Theres nothing I can say to change that part its like seeing the world in a broken mirror.
It shatters right through the eyes to make you never forget those days.
No one should be a slave to a turn around world coaster where everyone can turn against one another.
However and whenever is just a splinter from a broken piece of a non believing glass heart.
Don't go through it all when the cold rocks start to fall.
