YET WE KNOW!A Poem by disciplepoliticalPain and suffering, please Spare us from the arrows of death The danger in our existence, our hope Our shame, our pride Yet we know!
Each to his deed, never need Lost hope, fate discreet The future lost, past found What will tomorrow bring? Yet we know!
Now our fears turned anger Our trust is betrayed Groping, longing for salvation Patience exhausted, our back leans against the wall Yet we know!
Justice delayed is denied This long wait is pulling off the rope Those who fed us, must be feed upon Interestingly painful! Yet we know!
O’ ye sons and daughters of redemption Restitution, O’Revolution unbounded Death, where are thine claws and feathers? The living threading the valley of death! Yet we know! © 2015 discipleAuthor's Note
