Spaceship Captains Should Never Fall in Love

Spaceship Captains Should Never Fall in Love

A Poem by dintverge
"

Silly sonnet in Dactylic meter. Only first stanza.

"
Fall not in love noble captains of starry seas, for love’s sadness darkens
Noble hearts within each man of these star sailing ships. Heaven’s shores enjoyed
Us. We hear songs of old stars sing the ethereal voice and harken
To simple dreams of men -- brave -- who fly fury and fire into the dark void.

This is only one stanza. Not sure I care enough to complete it. Just a silly idea to play with using dactylic meter with a sonnet.
